I did a bit of nosing myself. I believe the "drive-thru" egress would be to the north behind the strip, and not east across private lots. If someone other that Pittcraft owned some of the property to the east, a well placed fence could really mess things up back there.

NOrth, you run into the docks...or is there room to get a car thru..I didn't pay much attention. Your are right about traveling across the black top parking to LOCust that cant be considered exit.

There's sufficient clearance between the building and the dock.
