I 'think' it's the transmission. Any suggestions? A friend recommended Randy's? or King?

King's are certainly good, fair, honest people, AFIK. Bob is my neighbor and I have seen his work. He is pretty thorough, beside being a nice guy. If they do transmission work, he would be a good choice, IMHO. I think he can troubleshoot it for you and if he can't repair it, he will try to send you to someone who can.

I've always went to Randy's and they are honest and hard working. It sounds like whomever recommended these to you gave you two good ones. Now it just comes to cost.

Thanks all! I was lucky enough to have someone look at it that works on cars and it isn't the transmission. Now I just need to have some basic maintenance done on it.
